The Origins of Manifest Ink

Manifest Ink was founded through friendship, collaboration, and a shared passion for creating a more connected space for artist and collectors alike.

Founders Amber Quartz and Kay Nyman first met through tattooing - Kay was a client of Amber’s. What began as routine tattoo appointments naturally evolved into a genuine friendship shaped by long conversations about storytelling, design, and the many ways creativity can take form across different mediums.

While Amber built her career through tattooing and illustrative work, Kay cultivated hers through illustration, digital design, and visual direction. Their individual strengths quickly revealed a natural chemistry rooted in mutual inspiration and a desire to build something meaningful together.

From that connection, Manifest Ink emerged as an evolving collective that blends tattoo culture, digital artistry, merchandise, immersive experiences, and collaborative opportunities into one shared vision. More than a brand, Manifest Ink was created to encourage connection, inspire self expression, and open new doors for artists looking to share their work in impactful ways.
